Client Guide
Our aim is to make everything as easy as possible for you, making sure you have an amazing experience and go home with a life time of lasting memories.
Below is our step by step process from start to finish.
1: Book Your Session
Maternity-Newborn-Portrait
Booking your sesssion secures your time and date.
All sessions include:
- Online face to face design session
- Time and experience of your photographer
- A full professional photography session
- Hair and make up for 1
- Use of the full studio wardrobe
- Use of all newborn props
- Same day in person viewing and ordering meeting
2: Pre-Purchased package
$500-$1000-$2000
The next step is to purchase your pre-session package.
There are three price points you can choose from.

- $1000
- $2000
By pre-purchasing a package you are helping yourself to make the very hard decision on what you are going to invest after your session a little easier.
You will have the oportunity at your in person same day viewing to upgrade and make further purchases as well.
3: Online face to face design
The look!
Now it is time to get creative and design your session!
Via an online zoom meeting we will go over everything we need to discuss to create the perfect artwork and memories just for you. We will help you decide the colours, look and feel of your session and discuss poses and combinations.
Guide you on clothing choices, we have a full studio wardrobe that you can be styled from as well.
Finally we will go over the final vision you have for your images.

- What product you want to print them on
The online meeting can go anywhere up to 30 minutes and can be accesses from anywhere you need to be or from the comfort of your home.
4: The Photo Session
The fun bit!
The day has arrived! Everything is planned, organised and ready to go.
The studio is set up with everything you need.
- Hot and cold drinks and snacks.
- Baby change table with nappies, wipes, creams and dummies.
- Clothing for your session as discussed in your face to face online design session.
- Studio setup ready for your photos.
- Our professional make up artist ready to go.
- Kids play corner and netflix.
- Viewing and ordering room with all our products for you to peruse, touch and explore.
You will be guided from start to finish so you do not have to worry about a thing.
5: Same day viewing & Ordering
You are the art
Once your session is finished your images will be downloaded, sorted and made ready for you to view. You will see your images un edited, straight out of the camera. The reason we do this is so you do not have to travel back to the studio to see your images a second time. You will be guided through the process understanding that all images chosen will be fully retouched and professionally finished before any prints are ordered.
This will be a very emotional time for you, seeing your images for the first time, often brining clients to tears. Because of all the pre planning we have done you will not have to make any hard decisions and we can finalise the layout and design of your prints easily.
Any final decisions and purchases are made before you leave the studio.
Once you have left your images will be professionally finished, sent to our print lab to start the printing process and ordered.
6: Product collection
Perfection
As soon as your printed art pieces arrive at the studio we will let you know.
A time and day will be organised for you to come in and see your artwork for the first time then we will package up your artwork so it is safe to be taken home.
Finally you can take home your familys extremly important investment and have it hung where you can enjoy it every day.
Fun Fact: Hanging framed family photos in your home has been proven by psychologists to be able to help your kids develop healthy levels of self-esteem. Seeing those framed family portraits allows them to embrace the fact that they belong and that they are valuable members of the family unit.
